Operating in Myanmar since 1998, VisionFund Myanmar is one of the largest microfinance institutions (MFIs) in the country, with a wide geographic footprint. With our team of over 500 staff, we operate in 72 townships across 12 states and regions in Myanmar. We serve low-income households providing financial and livelihood solutions that aim to increase household income, improve child well-being, and unlock the economic potential of vulnerable and rural communities. Our solutions are delivered through our own network and our partners. Together, we are focused on ending extreme poverty by 2030.
